The verification is issued either way. A failed milestone produces a deficiency report — what’s incomplete, how severe, with photos — so the draw conversation happens before money moves, not after.

Who employs the inspector?

Nobody on the project. Inspectors are independent professionals, credential-verified by Project Sure, with no stake in the work, the loan, or the bid.

Can we rely on the certificate in our loan file?

Each certificate is a signed attestation by a licensed professional, with license number, timestamp, GPS stamp, and photo evidence, at a permanent URL.
